Submit your initiative

Participate and register your initiatives for 2026.

The Semaine Québécoise de la Paternité is an opportunity for community organizations, workplaces, and institutions to develop initiatives that promote father engagement for the public or their users. Celebrate the contribution of fathers in a coparenting context by registering your activities aimed at improving the well-being of children and the entire family!

Here are a few paths of action to organize an initiative in your setting:

Organize a contest:

  • Drawing or photo contest
  • Testimonial or personal stories

By organizing an activity for fathers and families:

Outdoor activity:

  • Fishing, hiking, archery or an obstacle course
  • Geocaching
  • Canoeing/kayaking, treetop trekking or via ferrata

Themed activity:

  • Movie screening
  • Discussion on the importance of father engagement
  • Show
  • Fun family activity on Father’s Day

By promoting the services you offer to support fathers and coparenting:

  • Promoting activities offered by your organization
  • Inviting the public to discover your organization and its services

By promoting the coparenting approach:

  • Organizing a conference on coparenting
  • Promoting your organization’s actions aimed at fostering the inclusion of fathers in various family structures
  • Launching an awareness campaign in the workplace on the importance of promoting father engagement even before the child’s birth

Please note that the Board of Directors of Regroupement pour la Valorisation de la Paternité reserves the right to refuse any activity that does not align with the organization’s values and mission.
