The 13th edition of the event will be held June 15-21, 2026

La Semaine Québécoise de la Paternité was established in 2013 and is celebrated every year during the week leading up to Father’s Day. With the goal of raising public awareness about the importance of fatherly engagement within the family, this event aims to spark the broadest possible discussion among the media and the public regarding the role of fathers in Quebec society and the issues surrounding contemporary fatherhood. The Regroupement pour la Valorisation de la Paternité is the primary organizer of the event and relies on numerous partners each year to celebrate fathers across the province of Quebec.
